She's big into Abraham Hicks but she talks often about speaking the same "language." So in her case, Abraham Hicks speaks her "language" and when hearing the information from her, it just clicks. Even the coach I used to work with started upping his prices for everything and started pushing a ton of products....somewhere along the line he became more about profit. But I feel like this post is something a lot of us need to hear! I like how you worded it, about mixing all the ingredients together when it all comes down to feeling good, feeling relaxed, loving ourselves, and all that. Sometimes we get caught up in the "mumbo jumbo" which ends up complicating things for us, especially when the information is all new. I did the exact same thing every time I learned something new, "oop, gotta do this technique, this ritual, this visualization" and when you focus on it too much, it can take up the whole day...we don't really have time for that, and I also learned we don't have to do the same visualizations every day. We can, we don't have to. There's a lot in my life I'm working on manifesting with my career, my home life, and my romantic life. At the end of the day, I find it less stressful to focus on BEING THE PERSON that ha everything manifested, has what she wants.

​That is so interesting how you have now moved away from this mindset, I for one found it encouraging for opposite reasons.. I want to have unconditional love for my guy so I can let him go and set myself free from wanting him to be a certain way. I am getting to a point where I can just love him to love him regardless of if he ever commits to a relationship or not. I have been reading a lot of old posts on the forum and just focusing on those that resonate with me and staying away from the more negative ones.. my hope is that the forum can reach a collective place of alignment with all the members.. difficult to achieve yes, but at the very least it would be nice to see people moving away from their old stories and start deliberately creating the life they want. We all start somewhere and I am no exception to this and I am learning and growing each day. I so want to participate in the forum more often but I just see so many negative posts and I am not sure how to help people, you have been doing an awesome job of helping people on here! would just be so amazing if the vibe could be lifted more and we could all come together to create more then just someone back into our lives.. this turned into a bit of a rant but I must have needed to type this and put it into the universe
 

the point of subliminals is to reach your subconscious mind which is why the audio is recorded at a certain frequency and music or sounds are played over the top. You shouldn't be trying to listen to the words or make out what they are saying because then your conscious mind may disagree with what the message is telling you. Just know that the message is getting to your subconscious mind.
