It sounds to me   that you have  manifested someone who you like .   We don't always get the ex back   sometimes we get someone better.    its often better when you are really caught up in the grief cycle in losing someone  to  think of them as dead   it helps you detach   which gives you  some peace and a break from the constant pain and the cycle of wanting   needing etc      focus if you want on the new girl    The Universe brought her to you    just like you wanted     no need to worry   just enjoy
