I just had an epiphany..
i just realized that someone or everyone can love and appreciate and adore you only and only when you love and appreciate and adore yourself..
most of us want our love back.., but have we even thought that what a relationship is like.., what is it like to be in that loving relationship..i remember tht when i ws haapily and lovingly with the love of my life.., i adored myself., i loved myself and I HAD A LIFE,, yes this is it I had a life apart from him.., ofcourse I
loved him wholeheartedly I still do.. but i was living a life  which was fun exciting and passionate....
What  Im trying to say is it all starts with us..
a person when loves you ., he/she loves even though u have faults., even when you're not so happy., you're not in alignment LOL.
this is what it is we should love and adore ourselves even when we are doing worst in few things .
we gotta gotta love and accept ourselves unconditioinaly.
we should and we have to be easy on ourselvews.., we should stop beating ourselves up.....
for a long period of time whwn i was trying to be in the vortex and maintain my alignment ,,,. and i couldnt i would beat myself up and hate myself .... but how are we supposed to be loved when we just cant love ourselves unconditionally....
how can anyone love us when we ourselves cant...
we all go through bad times., bad feelings all we can do about it is lebtit pass and well we are here in human shoes to actually feel everything thats there., I am not saying we should get carried away with negative or bad feeling., I am just saying to let it pass and move towards a little better feeling thought..
just tell yourself its okay to feel this way., iam on my correct way., things re always working out for me., everything is fine.
cause untill and unless we love ourselves the way we want our loves to love us..., they simply cant..
I literally have seen things change around me as my mood changes..
its always always alwys like that...
so folks focus of loving you

its all about love., love is life and love is what which governs whole universe.unconditional love.
its the most powerful thing in the world..
guys please please just forgive yourselves , your past and everything and everyone thats around you.
give everyone a new script and see them with it.., even if they dont oblique for now ., keep that image ., revise conversations., revise past.
hold everyones' image as you want them to be.., i promise they will oblique.
but for this you gotta love yourseelf and everyone around you..
the other day i was sitting with my guy best friend.., {he always was an asshole kinda person ads very selfish and rude to me sometimes}  and this particular day he told me that iam an amazing friend of his and that he'll always be there for me and how fortunate he is to have me in his life .., and all i did was got in general feeling of love and being loved..
get in the position where you feel loved by friends., family and a loving gf/bf.
go general ., let go of negative feeelings and what you want will come to you easily.
i know its easier said than done..
when doubts and negative thoughts creep in., just relax and let it pass
go gentle on yourself, love even this part of you and say i love you but you gotta believe this now..
and just change the subject of what makes you feel bad or doubt to something that makes you feel happy,
do something that you love or are passionate about..
make your life so much about beautiful you.
get up., workout., work ., lead a life you're passionate about., enjoy small things of life like your shower., your workout., t=your morning/evening walks., your work, your family and friends.., rejoice in them for now and they will come and join soon enough..life is so much more than crying over others..
love life and yourself and seee the beauty of life..
i promise you its beautiful and full of possibiltiies and miracles...

hello guys...
see me and my love stopped talking almost 15 days ago and he left saying he doesn't wanna hurt me any longer and i was angry on him for him being rude to me..., for which he apologuized but i didn't reply since then because i dint feel like... i wanted to be calm and relaxed before i reply him...
but then i got busy in dealing with my own mind..
in LOA we learn to be happy and excited and lead our days with zeal...
i try that i  keep on saying affirmations like life is beautiful ., iam totally excited about the day and that iam happy and i love myself.., but u see the place i live and work in is a village, i dont find events to be happy and excited about...
what should i do in such a situation?
and also it has been almost 15 days since i spoke to my love and yea i missed him but iam learning to keep myself happy..
Veronica told me i have to be the person who has that relationship.., how to be that person..
i wanna do exciting and fun things i feel the craving of doing it but how should i when i dont even have options for it?
also i have to prepare for an Entrance exam for the specialization in surgery..
how should i begin the zeal of it...
iam happy that now days aim very relaxed and calm and contained even though iam not in contact with him...
and as Cherished says i try and i actually love him unconditionally..
but wen i do my visualizations i kind of sometimes remember the past , sometimes good and sometimes bitter past.., i want this to get rid of too,,. also iam not able to imagine and create a new happy relationship,, can anyone help me to how to do that,....
earlier my love used to contact me himself many times but now even that has stopped.., i surely need time to be the best of me before he comes back but i get sad and full of doubt wen i dont see in any movement....

since iam usssng LOA things have been pretty good..
but still i get worried nd disheartened sometimes..
somtimes i dont love myself enough..
 feel he can replace me sometimes but yet that not good to think, isnt it?
we have been in good contact since sometimes.., he clls me pings me shares stuff with me and iam happy about it...
but he says he treats nme as a very good friend..
i want to be his friend but also his queeen..
and the reason long distance is stll something he doesnt want with anyone...
wh these things keep oming up.
how can I change these thinking and vibratons of me and how can n avoid these patterns coming up with me...
please tellme..
