neville teaches us about " being in the state".  when imagining , as its all in the mind, what would imply that you already have what you want.? his living in the end isnt about vision boards or pretending...its about the mind. its about faith and knowing. FreeNeville.com and Twenty Twenty on youtube explains neville in simple language.  its about keeping it simple. things will click with the right key. and neville goddard is the base of what veronica is talking about. its simple. we humans complicate things and hop from idea to idea ...there is gestation time. and here, in gestation, is where faith is tested. must spark joy uses the same concepts as neville. he is the base. 

people in resistance are resistant. so when sanshi shares her own personal opinion from her own individual perception with someone who is already individually resistant it and has their own personal individual perception this creates more resistance...not just for the person sanshi is wanting to help but in sanshi as well. and it spirals. its really quite unfortunate. people can only recieve to thier capacity and willingness to receieve....a question that is a good question is "would you be interested in looking at "this" from another point of view? in using this question or one like it one gives the other the choice to be open or not open. 

defensive people are on the defensive...that is their "state"...they are in the "state " of defence. so sanshi, being in her own individual perception that sanshi is being loving and helpful "state" is not received in that state becuase the other is in a state of defence. thus they feel attacked. its not that sanshi has actually attacked anyone. it is the "state" of the receiver to receive and the "state" of the defensive to defend. its more about how open the other is at looking at something from another point of view.

i dont know the answer. but for me, i am not interested in dating, seeing, or having sex with, anyone else. i just want to be with the man i love. maybe that makes me delusional i dont care. it comes down to what feels good to me. t feels good to me to imagine my love. it does not feel good to imagine another. 

what i did this morning. i sang along with two heartbreaking songs really loud. after my bath i found some songs i like that resonate with fun or are powerful. i sang out loud really loud with my windows open while i was driving. it shifted my energy since i spend most of my days in silence.  i go days without talking to anyone at all. thats what i did today. 

i know exactly what i want. i am firm in the belief that this is what i want. i have unwavering knowing. i have no doubt. ok.

  so i have launched the rockets. i know that my love is in my vortex since it is an unwavering desire. i have never wavered since meeting him. my life with him is in my vortex.

  i know i have to clean up my vibration. oh honey i know, and its obvious because i am so depressed that tears fall even when i am not thinking about anything, of course also its hormones and my hormones are all over the place at the same time. menopausal, depressed and sometimes the beginning of anger. now anger is weird for me as i cant remember that last time i got angry. its been years and years...i am not one that feels anger.

  i am calm perky silly and loving. i am very easy going. i am always smiling and laughing. people are attracted to to be with me. i am the women that uplifts everyone, i am the women that strangers and friends open up to for guidance and loving energy. people come to me, and i am a facilitator for changing lives in positive loving ways. all these things are why my love fell in love with me. he tells me i have changed his life in profound ways. he praises me daily for what i have brought into his life.

  then my love, this beauitiful, beautiful man,  began to listen to negative videos for hours and hours. videos of anger and hate. and he projected that out to me all at once. lashed out at me and i was thrown off balance, because i was so happy to see him, so happy that i had an epiphany to share with him, so happy to share something postive with him in that moment, and he was so into his anger from what he had been listening to he couldnt hear me. he was in turmoil. and instead of holding that space and being the women he needed me to be in that momemt i said "i cant listen to this anymore" and walked away. just like his mom did, just like his step mother did, just like his grandmother and just like so many other women in his lif
