Good for you for leaving that job. The way they have treated you there must be illegal. I've had some soul destroying jobs in my life, but that one is unbelievable. Since you don't have anything you're passionate about, I think that's a very good idea you've got about listing what you want to feel and gain from a job because you have to know what you want before you can get it.and be as clear as possible about it, as with anything.  It's a shame you don't have anything you feel passionate about, but who knows, maybe you'll find the job that creates that feeling in you?

Thank you, it's a risk, me jumping ship like that but I don't know. I just had this urge to quit... but when I spoke about it I was very shocked at how calm I was. But thank you, I'm hoping by writing down what I want it'll help me gain a job that gives me those feelings. I think I'm more frustrated at the fact I have nothing I am passionate about to be honest and I'm just adding pressure to myself by wanting to find my passion asap so I can aim for a career I would be good at... but maybe I am looking at everything wrong. Maybe I should just be working on myself atm and see what lines up. What do you think?

I think by leaving that job you realised that you deserved a lot better than that and that you needed to put yourself and your health and wellbeing first and let them know you weren't going to tolerate being treated like that any more, whether you actually said that to them or not. That's a great step in the right direction, valuing yourself more highly than perhaps you've been doing. I know that you're obviously older now and different, but did you ever dream of doing anything when you grew up when you were a child? One thing you could do if you're worried about finances and feel that you have to get a job soon to be able to pay your bills is to take a job that feels like the best choice for now and look at it as a tempo

Don't you have anything that you're passionate about? What would you do if you could do anything at all and there weren't any limitations from your own thinking or thoughts that somebody else has put into your head?  Isn't there anything like that? You really need to decide what it is you want to do and not leave it up to the universe or anybody else but you to decide.  My ex-husband is excellent at history and really wanted to be a historian, but he said he couldn't do that because he can't write. That is so untrue. That's what he thinks. He can write very well, so he missed out on doing what he really wanted to do because of limitations he put on himself in his own mind that weren't even really there otherwise. He retired early, but his only goal in life was to retire early because he didn't like the job he fell into. He was never happy. Don't let that happen to you.

I don't know but during the 1-2years I've been working there I had other problems going on so I just stuck with the job. Now that those problems have been solved I've decided to quit. Mainly because a few weeks ago I passed out at home from emotional stress and I called in sick that evening for the following day and they still tried to force me to work and put the blame on me. So I decided it was high time I left and took a well desevered break for my wellbeing even if I have no back up plan in place.

Anyways I was watching some LOA videos and kinda sat around and thought about what I want to do and tbh I'm not really passionate about anything. It's very strange... even if there were no limitations there really isn't anything that jumps at me. I'm leaning more towards trying admin work or working as a sales person for Apple since someone scouted me a couple months ago to try it out, and I missed the opportunity cause at the time, like your ex-husband

Try applying for different medical places then, I am currently trying to get this job that I got interviewed for to work with disabled people.

Well I've put out some applications and I managed to land a placement at the hospital to shadow work an occupational therapist. Not sure how long they are willing to let me do it atm so I took it as to finally quit my current job and to take on this placement then see where it leads me after.
My current job has been destroying my well being, I get no breaks (even if I've worked 10-12hours straight), no holiday pay, no sick day, all cash in hand! Not even allowed to know how much I get per hour before tax, would you believe!?
So I'm just gonna let the universe take charge for a bit, I have been getting opportunities but nothing has really grabbed me at the moment and I am still doing my research. So really hoping Nov-Jan I get a new opportunity somewhere to learn something new!

And tbh I'm not sure.. it's just with education and career I give up easy, my school grades weren't too good and I haven't got the right subjects or grades to switch careers.
At the moment I'm in the food industry and have been for 4 years doing sales. I tried uni 3 times but I wasn't emotionally stable enough... So now I'm lost.
I did a careers skills checks and talked to a careers advisor and we agreed I suit the medical field so I don't know now.

Hey guys!

It has been a very long time! For those of you that don't know me I use to be the one posting about getting my relationship with my man, which after around a few months of on and off practicing of LOA I now have a very stable 5months relationship with him! He has been fantastic and we have been making lots of progress in our relationship.

Anyways, the reason I have come back to this forum is because I need advise on starting up a new career with the LOA. At the moment, I feel very stuck and depressed and compared to gaining a relationship using LOA I'm finding this career thing harder. I have no career I am passionate about atm, I've been applying but I'm pretty sure it's the vibe I'm giving off that is killing off any chances I have. Can anyone help me on how to ask for a career path that I'd enjoy or suit me?

Thank youuu!

Just relax, remember how I said- one day every guy that was talking to me suddenly stopped all together and then something else entirely manifested.
Basically all things happen for a reason so just enjoy the process I guess.
I'm actually going through a slightly shitty time myself but I'm just gonna cry it all out, get this **** out of my system then just carry on and just think the universe is trying to help me manifest and I'm just trying to get all these conscious thoughts and feelings outta the way haha :') so don't worry I know how you're feeling

Long time no speak my love. Didn't I tell you, one day you'd understand what we were all talking about and here you are finally realising. It's painful but remember everything happens for a reason. I'm happy you  finally understand and are looking after yourself. Building yourself up and regaining your own happiness.
Learn from this whole experience and use this experience when pursuing the next opportunities in your life.
You can do it I know you can. Self love always. Sometimes even I fall back but remember at the end of the day you will always have yourself for the rest of your life. LOA always has your back if you let it.
Be good. Take care. x

I managed to manifest mine a few months ago. Not gonna lie, I do get insecure now and then but overall we are pretty happy together. I make and effort and he makes more of an effort now too. We compromise, we listen. Our relationship is a million times better than when we first started. The only things I fall back is when I start to expect more (selfish)  & put him on the pedestal instead of myself- when I should be grateful for all the little things he does for me instead of comparing it to other people and their relationships.
Today I spoke to him about my insecurities for the first time and he listened and really tried to make me feel better. He's still young and a kid at heart but I'm sure with time we'll work out our personalities and dating style.

It's best when manifesting to manifest a new relationship with your specific person. Don't just aim for them to come back, aim for a new and improved relationship. For me I had to forgive and let go of our old relationship. I think it took me on and off half a year but once I let it go and was ready to move on, the universe brought him right back. He's completely changed after I was honest about my feelings for the first time. I didn't play any mind games anymore- I just laid out my thoughts and feelings in a non needy and non bitter fashion. We had a mature convo and since then have been together.
