She lives in another state and it has been long distance. She recently got divorced and her mom passed away a month ago and she is very distant now....She told Me she needs some space to process all that has happened

I have some negative thoughts this morning. I'm trying to figure out why I'm thinking these negative thoughts this morning. I have no idea why I am making **** up in my mind and assuming so much crap. I'm trying to change the channel here...Is this normal?

Day 1 is over I did pretty good today felt better then most days. I'm not going to lie some doubt slipped in and I turned the channel on it. But I know that M is my girl and She will contact me!

Today is Nov. 27th and I am starting this challenge tonight!....M is my girl and we are so in love! I know that she is coming back to me because she is so in love with me. I will be positive for the next 30 days because I am doing this for us and I know that one day I will tell her how I worked my ass off to fight for her and our son!😉...I am the creator of my life and she is my wife.
