Congratulations!

Don't repress, if you feel bad, get it out of your system then it's easier to improve your mood after. I've also been having some weird feelings today.

For example, the idea that we are all one being, and that we are invisibly connected to all others and are communicating on an energetic level. That means what we put out into the field of energy will be noticed by others even if they are not physically present. I don't know what I believe anymore, other than the fact that Neville works better than anything else by the sounds of it. 

Feel love without needing to see evidence of it in the outside world. Meditating on the heart chakra is a good way to help you generate those feelings. If you do this every day, it will help you to feel better generally, and put you in a state to manifest what or who you want when you know what you want.

Does anyone know of any *unbiased* material that explores the model of reality that most Neville followers subscribe to? I would like to have something to go to, when these thoughts come up, and see someone else's perspective, instead of going over the same thoughts in my own mind over and over again. I know Joe Dispenza might mention it, although that's not his main focus. At least if I can somehow address these thoughts in a healthier way when they do come up, that would be something. I actually want to manifest meeting Joe Dispenza, and I will.
