I'm doing amazing work with my thoughts but we work together. How do I approach this? Should I try to attract her another job because this is the only stumbling block ita hard to see her on such a regular basis

Being that my astrological sign is an earth element I have an affinity for all things nature. The beauty of it all. Hoe everything in nature is just being and living the moment.
I decided on my day off today to go to a place that I went as a child. A small stream off the path of a nature trail in my home town. I figured I'd reconnect with the joy that place brought me as a child. I never forgot the way and found it with ease. In the middle of the stream was a bunch of rocks I sat on to meditate.
I listened to the stream. To the wind blowing through the trees and the sun on my face. I felt peaceful and at one.
I decided to take this opportunity to do some visualizing and visualized me proposing to my love the idea of life partners. I would say Marriage, but we both don't believe in the Catholic/Christian beliefs. Of course she said yes and I just visualized us standing and watching the nature. I visualized our energy flowing through each other and then flowing above us is the shape of a heart. It brought a tear of joy to my eye. I just know my hard work is paying off.

I found myself manifesting all the wrong things when I started thinking and obsessing about the past. Today was the day I finally realized the harm I was doing. I was getting in my own way. Great philosophers who are asked about the past often pose their own question. Where is the past? Can you point to its location in the here and now? No. Then stop worrying about it. Today that resonated within me and I started repeating in my head like a mantra "the past does not exist, I have the power to make the past with this present moment and the power to make the future with this moment." I'm also one of the managers and she is just an employee. I had my first day working with her since the breakup. I didn't initiate conversation but I also don't want to be rude. Should I just stick to keeping it strictly professional for now?
