I only do it when it feels good and I can feel as if it's already mine without any doubt or worry. If you have doubt or worry then you're going to start thinking about "what is" in your subconscious which will attract feelings of lack. We all know that's the exact opposite of what we want. Just try to focus on being happy with yourself and do it when it feels good. With enough practice and determination you'll be able to always do it because you'll always feel good

Practice meditation. The more you do it then more skilled you will become at silencing the mind and being in the now moment. Some days I meditate on for a few hours and I feel completely balanced afterwards.

Exactly. You need to shift the focus to yourself. Feel good for yourself and once you accomplish that then act as if and everything will fall into line.

Both are great advice. Definitely do not try to think about what they may be thinking. That's a sign of attachment to the outcome. It's thinking about the how's and why's, leave that part to the universe and just trust that it's all working.

Exactly detaching was my last step. I was wondering why I would only manifest signs and not the real deal. I still hold on a little bit but practicing detachment and mindfulness will help a lot. Much love

Hope this helps. I wrote all these down and put them on my fridge to look at and read out loud every day. It actually has done a lot for me.

Ahh yes. I understand. Thanks sanshi. I'm on the last part of manifesting. Letting go and detachment. I know I'm close and that the universe will deliver this or something better. I wish you luck in your manifestations

Hello everyone I'm over the moon right now. This might end up being a long one so strap in.
I started today in a very bad place. I woke up from dreams of lacking my love. To me this means there's still something blocking me in my subconscious. Anyway I wake up with the anxiety of lack and I quickly start meditating and emptying my mind. It subsides and I fall back asleep for another hour or two before I have to get up for work.
Work rolls around and my dreams are still stinging me and I'm trying to analyze what I'm resisting. Well I knew I still wasn't fully letting go. I was doing everything else right but not letting go and I was lost because I wasn't sure if I could. I kept affirming that I am detached but I still had a negative vibe about me. I even started snapping at one of my good friends while at work. I apologized and he forgave me, but I was still in a negative vibe.
Well I got over that vibe after about an hour and a half of nothing but concentrating on silence in my mind. I've even been programming my mind while in meditation to immedietly silence thought at a certain phrase (my mind is silent)
I get done with work and start really looking into letting go while using the law of attraction. I found inspiring stories about becoming positively selfish and putting myself back on the pedestal. I even wrote 2 pages of detachment affirmations and hung them on my fridge. This put me right where I needed to be. I decided I would continue my work on myself and go work out. I'm in the best shape I've been in in a long time by the way.
This is the good part for those of you reading this far. A couple days ago my love returned my mail key and took her last name off the box. It was just a printed label. Anyway after re aligning myself with detachment and going to work out I decided to check my mail. I look at the box and right next to my last name is her label. Her last name was stuck back on the mail box by obviously the universe. I was elated and laughed so har

Say you have a thought that enters your mind that is contrary to what you want. It happens to me once in a while in between all the positive thoughts/affirmations. What I want to know is, does that thought mean nothing if you don't put some sort of emotion on it and just let it go?

Yes they do. Use it as a mirror for your intentions. If you're getting dreams with the outcome you do not desire you might have some subconscious blocks. Analyze your feelings while affirming and visualizing. Do you do them to feel good and attract or are you trying to force it?
