Although there is a video for each day , I believe that those things should be done everyday.. so what i learn on day 1 should be done on day2, day 3 and so on . Similarly what happens on day 2, 3 could also have been done earlier. So My question is , Is there anything else ... affirmations, self love, visualisations ,??

Should I becomes friends on fb with the guy who is interested my lover ? We are in a common fb group .. Will it be a obstacle in my way of getting my lover back or a sign that I let the universe work things out come what may ?

Veronica talks about visualisations on the first day ( as shown in YouTube video ). Do we have to keep on repeating the same process everyday or some changes have to included as days go by ??

She said be thankful , do visualisations , imagine telling them to someone , talk to someone close and be thankful to them , treat yourself and do visualisations before sleep. Do I keep doing this for 25 days to manifest my lover ?

Someone explain please

I have just started following the 25 day challenge but came across the No contact period. After my breakup i had numerous common mistakes (convincing etc) but to no avail. Now I am following veronivca's method. I am more positive. I talk to my ex since we are good friends. But now with this no contact period am i to completely cut off my side of communication with her ?? Can i share anything with her during these 25 days? Her birthday will be coming up during this time also. I am confused . I also am aware that another guy is interested in her and the two are getting close. Please Help. Guide me through times!
