So I manifested my imaginal scene with my SP: we actually hung out and he kissed me and held my hand. That was two days ago, after this, I havent really heard from him. The next day he did say that we could hang out this coming week, and I replied that I would be up for that, and then radio silence... Can someone please give me insight as to what is going on inside me to cause this, and what I can do to actually manifest him wanting a committed relationship with me?

Do not block him. Every action you take needs to come from a place of love, and you blocking him would be contrary to your desire. Just focus on your feelings of being worthy and capable to receive communication from him. Keep visualizing with FEELING the end result you want. Go into imagination and see yourself receiving a reply from him, do this over and over again in one sitting, and then drop it for a bit. Come back to it later if need be.

So I’m reading a book on how to manifest an ex back, and the author says that you need to send a text to your ex saying “Thank you for all of the good times, but I am moving on now, and I wish you all the best in your life...”

This creates HUGE anxiety in me, and I really don’t want to do this. Do I have to?

I "messed with the middle" and asked him if he wanted to hang out. He answered a couple days later and said "maybe this week." Well, this week is here, and I haven't heard anything from him... 

Should I not message him again?
