found a beautiful dress on a bargain.

I had anxiety today and realized it was from eating candy. I nerd to keep healthy and connect with myself more.

I read a post on the importance of connecting with the spirit of my love. I remembered how many spiritual encounters I had with him. It reminded me how through spirit we are still together even if not physically.
