just one thought: insteas of losing the weight maybe better think of it as releasing the weight?
Yesterday was tough:
I took the cycling class and a "hot iron" class. This is something with weight Lifting and did some of my regular exercises.
around 95 minutes of training
Food was ok, I guess. It could have been less,..... anyways:
green smoothie with banana, sharon, strawberries, raspberry, some dark chocolate ( 5 pieces) , Rice Crackers, cucumber, Tofu, 250gr Harzer cheese ( this is some German cheese, without fat, but very good and smelly
)
Today, I ran in the morning and did some exercises ( Pilates) . around 60 minutes
Food so far strawberries, dark chocolate, 125 gr cheese ( Harzer).
Honestly, I am really tired. I do not know if I should go to the gym tonite... we will see
Concerning the weight: my experience is it is 70% the food and 30% the exercises, that helps you to loose ...äähh sorry... release the weight.
When exercising I can really recommend working with weights. You burn calories long after the training is finished.
Another very effective method is the HIIT. more training in less of the time. This is some kind of interval Training. You can do this with almost everything and It is definetly more effective than doing long hours on the treadmill.
And finally: it is all about persistence. everything counts ,
