I am doing good in these techniques. I visualize, I feel relaxed and excited and happy and satisfied following the session. then i go about the day. The negative thoughts are almost negligible. Even if they pop-up, i am finding myself to switch them effectively.
But one thing which i find tricky is to continue to live in the state of wish fulfilled. Still trying every day.
But my doubt is, how to feel the reality NOW, when what we visualize is something we are anticipating in the future.
My girl broke up because of long distance. Now i am looking forward to move to New York myself(where she has moved), and i am willing to get back with her. So i visualize our time being together in New York, happy, fulfilled and very much in-love. But again, how to Feel the reality Now? When all these things are gonna happen in the future. Visualization is awesome, but then comes reality check that we are far away and not in contact.

(I think i am doing pretty good at all this, and then comes a day when i feel i don't know LOA at all. Hence counting on you my beautiful friends.)

I think ( and this is just an educated guess) to feel as happy as you would if you and your girl were living in a great place in NY to take what you want the future to be and place it in the NOW
It is hard but that is what resistance is that feeling of wanting needing wishing etc so you have to convince yourself it IS Detachment is not attaching to what you want kinda like " that milkshake looks good wish I had one" then going on about your business and volia it will appear in front of you you have to believe she is yours and you are living in NY and then go about your business and dont think about it
