As long as you let them know and you aren't leading anyone on, is it ok to casually date/flirt with other people? Like would you still get your desire of getting your love? A lot of people said, it will actually HELP you get your love back

It helps if it makes you feel good. If you're just doing it cause you feel terrible and lonely then it probably wont help. It wont help if you feel guilty or uneasy about it. Remember its all about how you FEEL. I tried it and it didnt work for me cause I was just upset and looking for comfort, not genuinely having fun.

This is an awesome question Dan!!! A guy I dated just came back and apologized and wants to try all over again. We only dated 3 weeks or so. Hung out a few times, went on a date for dinner and movie, texted a lot and then he just dropped off the face of the planet on me lol. I told him we will just start as friends and go slow and what will happen will happen but at the end of the day I want us to remain friends because I do value his friendship!
