In your own words....

How would you interpret good things come to those who wait?

Re: In your own words....

Good things come to those that wait.. Those who wait in happiness,   and expectation.. looking ever forward,  and KNOWING that they are waiting for the divine timing of the universe to bring them EVERYTHING they could possibly want!

If you imagine it in your mind..
Believe it in your heart..
Feel it in your soul..
You will hold it in your hand πŸ’žΒ

Re: In your own words....

I see it this way. Those who wait have patience and I remember I read in my bible months ago something beautiful about patience.

"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance*(in Spanish instead of perseverance the world used here is patience).

Let (patience) finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything"

Basically when you wait you develop patience and patience makes you realize you don't really need anything. And you are happy with that! is in that moment when the things you want start to happen.

PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I MAKE A GRAMMATICAL MISTAKE! I'm still learning;)

I was just about to say patience too. For me it means being persistent on my desires and patient.

Re: In your own words....

Good things come to those who are rejoicing in the bliss of the present moment. Our happiness is not tied up in some manifestation that we are waiting for, while we sit here patiently missing all of life!

The point of life is to be happy in all the in between moments. If we are overly focused on somethings arrival, we have missed the roses, the rain, the cute puppy across the street, the yumminess of our morning latte, the saxophone playing in the band etc. I think good things are coming to us every second! The question is, do we have eyes to see the goodness?

I think everyone on this forum does That is why we are all here to remind each other of all the magic that exists out there. Do not miss the magic waiting for something! Desires are infinite, we will always be creating things we desire THe moments in between ARE the most important Cherish them!

Blessings,Β
