Good    keep  watching the signs     I have had some awsome signs  and bam  something good happens    sometimes the signs are there to direct us too    Pay particular attention to them    They will remind us to  stay optimistic  happy  " live as if "  those are the best      I have discovered  seeing his initals on a license plate of a vehicle  he owned  or something like that  is the Universe telling us   they hear us  and then you really should  keep the good mood up    its to boost you    Sometimes manifesting takes longer because the other person also has to be in the right frame of mind to accept     but  it will happen     just like a restaurant order    it sometimes takes longer than you want   but eventually you get  your dinner exactly as you order it

Thats whats holding your manifestations back   the negativity   and you are unable to detach    which is what is holding all of us back      The fact you are swinging back and forth  is a good sign   If you were all negative for years   it would be much harder  to manifest your girl back      You feel that you need to contact her  which is holding you back because  if you trusted the Universe  you wouldnt feel that way    but its human nature to want to do SOMETHING     You will get her back   We will all succeed    Be patient   and watch Veronica's videos on negativity      When you start to feel those "I will never get her back "  feelings     either meditate and think of nothing   or turn your thoughts to something  that makes you feel happy or inspired     I KNOW this is hard    so dont get discouraged  if you  do the dance   "two steps foward  one back"   we are all human  and mastering this takes work   which  I know you are highly motivated to do      Together as a group everything is possible

This is so true and thank you for the encouragement.    I notice when people  don't get their loves back for months or years.  It's usually because they are still attached and longing it.
