I'm not going to go over my story or concerns, but have decided on a couple of things/actions.
1. I do like visualising, but I don't feel happy enough in myself (still struggling with concern and anxiety) in order to do it and also feel that I don't have a specific job in mind that I want to visualise. I find it easier to visualise a specific car, person (Poldark, anyone!) or place. So I am focusing on scripting about all my workplace skills, qualities and experience, and know that employers should be bloody lucky to have me! And I do really know this - so this should sink into my subconscious.
2. The concerns have been hanging over my head like a black cloud and I find it hard to switch off. But, I thought - whether I worry all day, or switch off, what difference does it make? So I guess I may as well spend my day thinking about and doing the things that make me happy.

Sounds good. There would be less space for worry

Try yoga...or meditation...working out...mindfulness and deep breathing...helps with anxiety and stress.
