    Seems like the only "bad" start to 2017 is your attitude and your perspective.

    Ouch that was pretty offensive .. I'm not bad I was just sad and missed him that's it... it's just recognizing that we aren't in the same state like one year ago and that made me sad ... that's it. I'm not the kind of bitchy person ...

    Mine is out of the state too. It will probably be later this week before he is back.

    Try to stay busy and visualize so that his physical absence isn't noticed

    Yeah doesn't want to sound like a ***** though ... but I'm in a difficult situation eventhough we are in contact two weeks ago he told me he's dating someone so that's one point and these ups and downs are killing me. We cuddled on 23th December and the weekend after that he became distant again.
    Oh and i forgot to say he called 2015 not 2016 lol. So I just wished he would call but he didn't... I guess I did just expect too much... idk

    But yeah tbh for me it's even harder to not focus on the reality since I'm back in contact with him and as I'm falling back in my old behavior from time to time I'm pushing back as well.. but I'll try to be grateful to at least have contact ...

    You're awesome too! It's OK to feel sad and frustrated about this, I was there once, just let yourself feel it. But you gotta remember that you're awesome too and it's just not in your repertoire to make him your raison d'etre.
