Question about timing

Do things happen at the right time(could take months/years) or do they manifest quickly if you are doing LOA right?

Re: Question about timing

I posted about this a while ago: http://veronicaloa.boardhost.com/viewtopic.php?id=2923

The short version is: I think it completely depends on your resistance towards it. If you can focus joyously on the desired reality without fears, doubts and noticing what is too much it can happen very fast (within hours). A little gap is always there and maybe you don't have any influence if it takes hours or a few days (I'm not so sure about this) but who cares about if it takes 1 day or 3?

Re: Question about timing

Time does not matter as much as the present moment does.

Re: Question about timing

One thing is bothering me respective time. Sorry for using your thread for it sk721 but I think the answer to the question is interesting for you as well and the question is still very close to yours.
Let's say you don't know anything about LoA and want your ex back. Of course you are very fixated on your current reality. But then you stumble upon Abraham, immediately get the concept of the vibrational reality and just focus on this from that moment on. Now is the question can it manifest in a very short amount of time if you do everything right or has the negative momentum to play out first? Has anyone experiences or opinions to share on that?

Re: Question about timing

I read somewhere about this. From what I remember, it was saying that all the power is in the now. The negative momentum was in the past and so you have the power of the now to overwrite that.. Therefore, the more you give your attention to the now (positive momentum) then the past (negative momentum) will burn itself out.. Because as we all know, the past doesn't matter anymore! It no longer exists and has nothing to do with our future.. All that matters is the now and if we have positive momentum now and continue to focus on (nurture) it then thats what will continue to be most powerful. I think it comes down to what we believe too.Β

I also came across this online and copied and pasted it into my notes (because i'm a geek like that lolΒ ):

"Someone asked Abraham, β€œHow long would it take to undo 50 years of negative thinking? Would I have to do 50 years of positive thinking?” And Abraham replied, β€œIt would take about 15 minutes.”

They followed it up with, you wouldn’t release everything in 15 minutes, but all it really takes is a little bit of focus on feeling better and you begin to tap into the energy that creates worlds. As you continue to do 15 minutes of focus here, 15 minutes there, your life will begin to improve."

Thank you. That's interesting. So the only reason that the past matters is that we think it matters. I like that. Your posts today are inspiring.
15 minutes...I love Abe.
