So I saw a doctor for my mental health concerns and she said to cut off all contact, including the friendship. It's not what I want to hear but she is right.

I've also removed Instagram off my phon braise I don't want to go through the new girls posts with him. I want him back and I'm trying to move on. I'm going the LOA way. I'm just going out with friends, studying, and I even have a new date. At this point am I doing the right things? I feel that going on a date with someone else is telling the Universe that I don't want him back and that I'm ready to move on. That's further from the truth because I want him back. I also feel that this new date will help me detach because it'll show me there's other fish in the sea. I really like this new guy but I still love my old guy so much. I feel each day I'm getting better. I no longer feel suicidal and I'm keeping busy. Slowly the pain is going away but at times it's all I can think about.

I want to do this the right way. I want him back when we are both ready. How do I get our vibrations to align again?
