I added caramel popcorn to my ice cream AND IT WAS DELICIOUS.
My fat will melt off, I know that for a fact, so no sense to worry about ice cream. โค๏ธ

Hi all,
Can I still join? I used to be very active with yoga, running and lifting weights, but then my doctor told me to stop for a few months to recover from burnout.
I want to start with lifting, running and yoga again (not all at the same time though ๐).
Cherised I want to start taking the ACV shots too; I tried once but disliked the burn very much.. I guess I should dilute the ACV more.

just one thought: insteas of losing the weight maybe better think of it as releasing the weight?
Yesterday was tough:
I took the cycling class and a "hot iron" class. This is something with weight Lifting and did some of my regular exercises.
around 95 minutes of training
Food was ok, I guess. It could have been less,..... anyways:
green smoothie with banana, sharon, strawberries, raspberry, some dark chocolate ( 5 pieces) , Rice Crackers, cucumber, Tofu, 250gr Harzer cheese ( this is some German cheese, without fat, but very good and smelly )
Today, I ran in the morning and did some exercises ( Pilates) . around 60 minutes
Food so far strawberries, dark chocolate,ย 125 gr cheese ( Harzer).
Honestly, I am really tired. I do not know if I should go to the gym tonite... we will see
Concerning the weight: my experience is it is 70% the food and 30% the exercises, that helps you to loose ...รครคhh sorry... release the weight.
When exercising I can really recommend working with weights. You burn calories long after the training is finished.
Another very effective method is the HIIT. more training in less of the time. This is some kind of interval Training. You can do this with almost everything and It is definetly more effective than doing long hours on the treadmill.
And finally: it is all about persistence. everything counts ,ย

try mix it with fruits such as banana, berries, cherries or whatever. There are some veryย delicious green smoothie recipies out there. The only thing you need is a blender....

I agree, instead of thinking about losing this or adding that, I just confirm that the session I do or the food that I eat is all contributing to my best ever me! It actually feels so wonderful not to be pushing against something negative, like "I have to lose x kilos!"..... instead it's just floating towards my bliss ๐๐๐ช๐ผ
