Everyday, when you feel yourself slipping, take a second and take a deep breath. And just think about this for a second. You create every second, every bit of your life. No one makes you feel sad. No one makes you feel crummy. No one makes you feel happy. They may influence you but no one forces you to feel a certain way. 

We are all bad ass creators. All we need to do is become excited. And choose to be happy.
