I am very new to this LOA to help/advice ! But I wud say ...stop wondering or worrying about the fact that whether she will say "hello" ! U just focus on your life and your well being! Rest leave everything upon God and Universe! Practice LOA if u want her back! But strictly follow "No contact"! And please do calm yourself! (though right now I am not calm myself,my head is burdened with thoughts ,better to say worries, LOL ...:-D )

I know what you are going through. The sleepless nights, the not eating and the constantly checking upon her on social media. Trust in God and the Universe that you are together with her again in a loving relationship.

Remain positive. In times that you are desperate and needy, stop that behavior. It actually doesn't help your situation. Try to do things that make you happy. We need to think about the future and then let it go. Once you get the mindset, you will be able to manifest things more easily. I have faith that you will be happy in a relationship with her, we manifest our own destiny. I'm sending you positive vibes.

The tip is to bring the focus back to you and what an amazing catch you are! Focus on how much you have to offer someone and how amazing you actually are as a person. Start doing things that make you happy and start getting active!
