Hi Emmanuela!

The good thing here that I notice is that you point out so many of the good things about him and you aren't focusing on the bad things. So that is great for a start! :-)

It was normal to have a good cry but now you have dried your eyes, decide what your loa plan is going to be and do it regularly. If you remain patient and positive, then it wil work :-)

There's a website where you can read many loa books online for free, including some Abraham, Neville Goddard, Jane Roberts, Joseph Murphy, Napoleon Hill, etc:

I am listening to the videos whenever I need a "You can do it " lift Is it ok to Visualize every day / night ? I have been trying to figure out the " law of detachment" If I am visualizing I am attached to the outcome but I understand the visualization is what will do it for me Any advice will be appreciated

You really do need to visualize daily or even twice daily. That is super important, and in a way I think it is even THE most important thing. You are creating your reality for yourself and your future in a deliberate way, and the universe will then make your wish come true.

No, visualizing doesn't have to mean you're "attached". It means that you want this to happen, for sure, but that is not necessarily attachment. If you can picture what you want for, say, 15 minutes, twice a day, and then just imagine releasing the wish to the universe and then going about your day with no worries about whether it will manifest or not, then that means you are not attached to it. You have effectively detached at this point. But if you do your visualizations and then spend the day worrying, obsessing, feeling impatient and constantly checking to see if the thing has manifested or not, then you have not detached at all and it will slow the manifestation process (or even halt it). So the key is to send out the intention/visualize and then just let it go in a relaxed way, knowing that it will happen in its own perfect time.

Thanks all of you

Having read your suggestions I think what I will try is to use the technique at some other point in the day, and then at bedtime to sit cross legged or upright on my bed to do the visualizing, and then when I've finished I'll just get in to bed and fall asleep with the vision still in my mind.

I love Neville Goddard's technique of imagining the wish fulfilled and holding it while drifting off to sleep.

But the problem I'm having is that I fall asleep way too quickly. For example, if I want to imagine a person walking over to me and saying the words that I want them to say(eg "my health is great now!"), well I fall asleep before he has a chance to say even a word. And if he does get to me by that time I'm too drowsy to feel the emotion properly anyway.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so, what solutions have you come up with to stop yourself from falling asleep to quickly?

If he tex me then I shall consult with you friends first and then take any dicision I promise !!

Well I don't know what the fight was about, but from what you say here, it looks like there are high emotions involved on his side and that he still has feelings for you. So just use the loa and be patient because this wil probably resolve itself.
