Is there any good legit subliminals for self love to listen to during the day? Im starting out with self love first before trying to get my ex back.

Im so confuse on manifesting. Is there a basic start to this. I am just so overwhelmed with everything. Im just in a bad head space and so depress I want my ex back but i know im not ok to manifest.

I totally understand and feel the same way. Its hard to forgive yourself because i have that issue and i feel because of the bad decisions i made is karma coming back to me. I am not sure where to start with self love to really truly love myself again
