Is there a way to real feel whitout faking?
I try to watch movies with love scenes.
While I'm on a RS session. I smille. I smille a lot. Most of the times I am really happy. Some times I start with negative thoughts and fake it on the end.

Do you real Feel the person turns to you? Lanie says to keep caling his (her) name until the feeling of being connected.

Some very good advices there.

I didn't know I could use pictures of her.
In my mind I had to stay in Alpha or meditation and only anchieve with eyes closed.

.I do try to listen to her voice. It is a lot clear than to visualize her face. I try to visualize some of the pictures we took. But her face it's kind of similar to my first girlfriend, the pictures kind of the same places. And some times I mess up the two images.

Not easy to "turn off" negativity. Trying to. Learning a lot from foruns and books.

Yes, practice makes perfection. I just didn't want to try to hard. Read that it's also bad when a person trys to hard.
