Found about LOA when I  girlfriend split form me.
I now think it happened for a reason. Maybe was to descover LOA.
Anyway I am trying to get her back.
Bought Lanies book. I know she says girls only but I'm sure she would understand in my case.
I'm not a player, Had 2 REAL girlfriends in all my live.

Have a few questions for anyone who can help me:
I've been doing visualization, RS for a week, and stared Lanies method 2 days ago.

So it's like this.
I have problems visualizing. Ideas to make it better?
Cant really feel a conection when I call her name...
I'm  a negative person. Some times I just think she is whit another guy, Can I still make Lanies or RS?

Keep your visualization continue with RS for 30 days or as you want. You said you're a negative person, so first change your belief. You can attract positive things only with positive thoughts. If you imagine her being with other guy, you are creating it so next step is just stop right now & imagine her being with YOU ONLY.

Practice makes perfect, DON'T think about whether you're doing in right way because emotions & feelings create it. Do it everyday and recall your beautiful moments of past, that will help you to visualize better or you can take her pictures, look at her pictures as she is there and try to create love in your heart for her and start your session after that. It will help to visualize neatly with love.

Remove sad, lonely songs - instead make up a playlist with love songs so that when you listen them you could easily imagine lovely moments with her. IT WORKS FOR ME.
Whenever I feel emptiness I just listen love songs or songs which he used to send me about us...it fills me with love for him.

Also, if you think you're not good at visualization, you can use other senses like, try to listen her voice or the touch etc.

Rest, you can read other posts on RS, it will enhance your knowledge how to do it more perfectly.

Yes, practice makes perfection. I just didn't want to try to hard. Read that it's also bad when a person trys to hard.

Yeah, I know it's not that easy but once you learn, you will get there. It's upto you

Ok something weird is happening! I had a dream about me and my friend's brother having sex last night! 🙈 it was so strange! But during the wedding, we started talking properly before it was just hi and bye if he saw me at his house. But during the wedding, he made he put his cufflink on, and help him with his shirt collars and his flower buttonhole on the suit (pretty much dress him,)which i found quite strange that he asked me to do that for him (also saw him in his boxers on the wedding day in the morning, awks).

He also was going to the supermarket the night before the wedding, and asked us if we wanted anything and i said mm i want coconut water, but then i asked how long he was going to be and then i changed my mind and said dont worry id be gone by then as i thought he was goinf for a while as he was going with gf! But surprisingly he was back whilst i was still there and he came back with a big 1 litre carton of coconut water for me and when i went into his room to pay for it, he refused but i left the money there anyway and he followed me back out and gave me back the money! He even started giving me hugs etc.

So today I was at his house, and when he was talking to me, i struggled to make eye contact, especially after the dream I had last night! Also because he would raise his eyebrows in a cheeky way and give me a flirty smile when i would look at him like he knew about the dream i had off him!

Also when we were having dinner, I was next to him on the sofa and he kept offering me food and no one else! Then he went upstairs to get changed to go out, he came back into the living room to say thanks for the food, gave me a high five and said bye! Usually if he goes out at night he would just walk out of the door without even telling his parents hes going out! Also after dinner he was asking me what im doing tonight etc

After dinner i was upstairs with his sis (ny friend) and she told me how hes had a massive fight witj his gf and how he wants to leave her etc! This isnt the first time i have dreamt about him, last time i dreamt that he left his gf for me!! 😳 so when i heard my
Friend say he wants to leave her, i had a flashback of my first dream and especially now that he is being strangely nice to me aswell!

Its a shame he is younger than me, and i dont go for younger guys! Loll
