I think I might be moving my occiptalis muscles because my scalp is moving ever so slightly, but I am not able to move them without raising my frontalis muscles.

Thanks for the link My daughter and I spent about 30 mins tonight watching all of the different ufo videos. Some were really cool but you could tell some were also fake.

My higher self doesnt really ever say much. I usually work with my spirit guide, who is closer to me in vibration density.
Its harder to talk with my higher self because I dont usually get a response.

One more thing to add. I tried the FILD technique first at 3:40 am. But it failed, so I slept again and woke up during 4:40 am and tried it again. Thats when I became lucid. Also, theres a correction. The dream happened between 4:45 to 5:30 am.

I was having a very strict principal. Once I had a dream about him that he is sitting bending his knees in front of me. Then I sat on his back and he started walking on his knees. It was feeling like I am having a horse ride like a child.
