Over a year ago I got hurt by a guy I liked and started to look into law of attraction to get him back, I found out about subliminals and they worked to some extent, for example guys from my past were coming back but not the one I wanted. I know this is due to my negative feelings about the situation and attachment so I let go. Eventually he came back but not the way I wanted so I let him go. Made a list about what I wanted in a partner and let go I guess, I focused on getting over this guy and after a while I came across someone online who would show an interest in me. After a while I realised that this guy fit in with what I wrote in my list. I genuinely fell for him etc however due to negative thinking he drifted. During this time I believed he wouldn’t come back and i was heartbroken because I thought I finally found the one. His cousin started talking to me and I started meeting with him as mates and got into a friends with benefits situation. I know I shouldn’t have done it but I was hurt and under the impression that my guy wasn’t coming back
