I am new to this and in an exact situation and state as you are, but all i can say is, as you are manifesting to be with your ex, he too is unknowingly manifesting to 'not being with you' by supposedly being with a new girl (sorry if it was rude),
Just remember there are two teams in a soccer field and both of them want to win, but only the one with more desire and dedication wins, same here, you need more desire to be with him than his desire of 'not being with you'
Another point of note is that manifesting a specific person (and that too an ex who doesnt want to be with you) is completely different than manifesting a random person, a car, a house or any inanimate object for that matter, so if you manifested a pizza today, it is going to take a thousand times more effort to manifest a pizza being delivered to you by your lover, but trust in the universe that your lover is rolling the dough for your pizza, things happen, and it takes time for amazing things to happen
I am sorry if I was blatant, but i too am in the exact same situation as you are, i believe that my ex too is kneading the dough for my pizza 😅,

FORCED VISUALIZATION

Hi everyone, My first post,
I have been practicing LOA since my early age, just didnt know it was called LOA back then, i have manifested many small things in the past but now that I am trying to manifest something big, by big i mean my exgirlfriend with whom i spent the most beautiful 9 years, who has suddenly decided to shut me off of her life and it has been over four months since we have broken up, for reason i still cant figure out. Now i hit the wall, cant manifest we being together, tried visualizing a lot, but cant stay focused, so finally i have started something i call forced visualization, lets get to it
  The idea behind FORCED VISUALIZATION is to visualize about the next day, visualize yourself the next day, what you have for breakfast,what you put on for work, what you do during your work, your lunch, your dinner. Everything down to the minute detail, and in between the visualization insert the thing you want to MANIFEST, all the things in your visualization is dependent on you except what you wish to manifest, 
An example may help you understand better,
I start my visualization before i go to sleep, relaxed in my bed, then i think of the next day, i am having a cup of coffee in my white starbucks coffee mug, i just took a bite off my peanutbutter sandwich, i feel the taste in my mouth< i am getting ready for work, i am putting on a blue slacks an a white shirt, dark blue socks and my black leather shoes, of to work in my silver hatchback listening to Queen, i arrive at he hospital, park on my spot (i am a medical doctor btw) so i see cases today, a lady in her 40s is complaining of epigastric pain since morning, associated with waterbrash, abdomen is soft and non tender, she is putting a light blue dress, dark black hair, seems little overweight, but i cant see her face, i have been working, after  a tiring shift i am standing in front of the nurse station, suddenly my pho
