Vegetarian lasagne is yummy also! Eggplant Parmesan is delicious too!

Remind yourself that your own thoughts, beliefs and emotions are what attract your circumstances, and you have the power to choose those, ALWAYS! Therefore, don't feel like a victim rather be happy that you have the ability to change your circumstances!

I said this to one of my patients a few weeks ago. Today, that patient brought me cookies and thanked me because that patient actually stopped taking her antidepressant medications and feels in charge of her life.

This made my day!

Day 29th: December 15th

I'm friends with my guy's mom on Facebook and she had posted a picture on which I had commented. And it made my day to see that she only selectively replied to a few people and I was one of them! 50 people commented on her picture and she replied back to only 8 people including me! That made me happy!!

Girl, his mom loves you and she's probably already planning your wedding as we speak ;-)
