What are SATS? I’ve seen that a lot on reddit. Also if I wanna change my sp into being honest with me and honest to others about his love for me all I have to do is visualize it.

It’s an abbreviation for State Akin To Sleep.

Visualizing  my sp being honest and what I want our relationship to be like as I fall asleep? I have a scene for what our relationship will be like but I haven’t come up with a scene strictly for him being honest with his love for me except for his friends telling me, my friends telling me, and seeing him reject other girls when he has no clue I’m around. That has to be more tha enough that he is being completely honest that he loves me???

Why can’t you just simply visualize your relationship with him and then leave it at that? Why all these extra scenes to make sure he’s honest with you? If you create a relationship with him and then just expect (believe) him to only love you and not even be aware of the possibility that he wouldn’t be, you’ll have a good relationship with him. You’re not trying to make sure some outside universe provides you with exactly what you want. You decide how your reality goes. That’s it. He doesn’t have a will of his own.

Not even be aware of the possibility that he wouldn’t be? You mean that he wouldn’t be aware of the possibility? I know I am aware of that possibility but I won’t create that.
I need to start visualization again. I get anxious when I don’t do it for awhile. I guess if I visualize I will come to the point where I just believe him to love me no matter what and be honest with me even if I don’t visualize specific scenes for those aspects I want?

What do you consider a good relationship to be?

My guess is one where you both are faithful to each other. One where you aren’t abusive to each other in any way. One where you get along for the most part and are very happy.

All of that can be put into one scene. You don’t need to visualize the relationship, then visualize him being honest, then visualize him being faithful, then visualize him being kind, then visualize him being funny, and so on and so forth.... That gets to be ridiculous. A scene that implies the two of you are in a good relationship already encompasses all of these things.

I like to visualize a couple scenes just because it’s easier to do through out the day. I don’t want the one I fall asleep to, to be too long. In my visualization he is very happy to be with me and values my opinion, he can’t help but brag to people about us. I like to visualize his friends telling me stuff because Neville talked about that in a way (using a friends voice to tell you that you have what you want) because he will be honest with his closest friends. I only visualize two different scenes daily. I don’t know any other way to visualize him being faithful and honest with me besides his friends telling me. I am open to suggestions though. I can always change things when I get into the relationship too. Cynthia said that just because someone says something doesn’t always make it true, but if I visualize all these people telling me how much my sp loves me to the point where I actually believe it, won’t it be completely true once it manifests in reality?

If everything is you, aren’t you in charge of whether or not part of you lies to another part of you? The only way someone can lie to you is if you leave the door open for that by believing they are not you and have the power to possibly deceive you. But it’s still all you. You’re doing it. Yeah sure, you can visualize or you can skip that part and just choose to believe he doesn’t lie to you, no other steps needed.

I think for where I am right now I need visualization to create new beliefs that manifest. I still don’t quite understand how he is me tbh... I haven’t had the chance to look more into johns teachings and it hasn’t clicked yet in my brain. Can I just believe (by visualizing, idk what btw) that he could never lie to me instead of him being a part of me? I think I’ll just do that and visualize everybody telling me the same thing because to me right now that makes sense... how do I believe that he is me?

Lying is lying. I can say that I am a unicorn. I'm clearly not, but someone genuinely believing that I am a unicorn doesn't make me a unicorn. This is why I don't understand this assertion that we create our own reality or truth about something. I can't be a unicorn for some people who believe and not for others who don't. It's a black and white fact. Or could someone actually turn me into a unicorn by the power of their imagining? An extreme and silly example, granted, but a curious debate.

Everybody has their own private dream of reality. So if someone chooses to make you a unicorn in their private dream, they could. You’d still be a human to yourself and everyone else in yours. It would be a difficult thing to make someone into a unicorn due to all the systems and rules we have in place that govern our reality. But since everything is just you, it’s not an impossible thing. If ALL is illusion, then what is true and false?

About my guy being honest and whatever I could also just use affirmations until I believe them. I do that anyways. Sometimes affirmations are easier than visualization.

Cool.

I just remembered that my affirmation for my person “____ is truly everything I want him to be with me” implies that he is everything I want in our relationship, honest, loving, loyal and so much more. I believe in affirmations because I tend to say “i hate everyone” and guess what, I do hate most people and I run into situations where I think that because I tell myself that I hate everyone. I’m going to stick to visualization twice a day with one scene involving everyone telling me how much my person loves me because I keep hearing that the more you visualize (on a consistent basis) the more you will believe it and therefore can’t be a lie when it actually happenes right?

If you are worried that something you manifest could possibly be a ‘lie’, then I really don’t think that you believe you are the creator of your reality.

Tbh I think it’s because I overthink things and have anxiety. I need to get that under control. When I visualize and let it happen and don’t overthink it, it doesn’t seem like a lie at all. It can’t be. Do you think one could change their appearance completely (without surgery) but only using what they visualize, believe?

At this point, I think it’s obvious that the answer to your question is yes.

However, whether or not that’s difficult for you to achieve depends completely on you.

You have a good point... I should just focus on one thing at a time. I had a pretty good visualization session last night for not doing it in awhile. It felt really good and I’m positive the beliefs will develop once I get into a strong habit of doing it every day and night and for sure will manifest as truth in my reality soon. I’m doing lots more physical activity so that should help me cope with the anxiety a lot. I have swimming lessons twice a week and Muay Thai every Sunday. Also in my visualization I look different and I tell my sp how I did it which is just by visualizing that I had my new appearance. Idk what you think about that technique, I just made it up on my own. Your gonna laugh but let’s say someone wanted to be truly supernaturally beautiful physically, according to what you said that’s possible right? Even for something seemingly impossible such as that? I assume yes, but if the person could not visualize what that looked like, than how would they manifest it instead? This could also be asked if someone wanted to be super strong and it was unusual and unheard of for their body type or whatever.

Your technique sounds fine to me. All of your desires are possible, so yes what you want is possible. Any technique you choose to manifest it would be fine. But, since you’re a fan of visualization, maybe visualize other people telling you that they think you look beautiful. You can visualize the person standing in front of you saying it, so you won’t need to visualize yourself at all.

I wonder what would happen if I believed I knew what this type of beauty looked like... if I said to myself that I know to the point where I believe it. If you don’t always visualize, what other techniques do you use? Like affirmations etc? And here’s an interesting question to me... what if you believed that you didn’t need to believe something in order to manifest it. For example what if you believed that you didn’t need to believe something in imagination first (to the point where you believe it) to manifest it perfectly? Have you visualized something to the point of actually believing it using the same scene over and over and manifested it perfectly?
