Greetings !

I personally have done this & it worked.
I never felt my old feelings eg temptation
Of calling him etc... Cz it changed my
inner mental stage.

This might work with you too!
1.We are looking for CHANGE in situation.
So CHANGE YOURSELF.
2. Everything is mind game. So, make your mind occupied by things you love.

Practical solution
1. I made my new schedule in excel.
2. Slots occupied by LOA / other work are mentioned.
3. I always have my next task in mind if no new work.
4. I have added slots to things I love.. E.g. tv show I love, Reading Neville, Gratitude time etc..

In this way you get more organized, productive.
Empty mind is a house of devil. So, don't keep it empty.

How to know you are successful in this?
It's been almost 6 days, am NEW ME.
SO time passed enough that I looked back
And saw my old me. Thoughts in my mind when not talking to him were insecure. Only my NEW ME recognised that. Today. I didn't get this before 6 days... 😎😍

If NEW YOU THERE, NEW STAGE IS THERE.

Honestly, I was little not low but off the track...... cz of my negative manifestation as i mentioned in other post under Neville.. While searching for solution, i got my own post and found this useful.........

That negative manifestation was not related to my desire but other. But cz of that, it reduced my speed or sort of we can say,it breaks the link......... But its ok. once again, start from the 1st... for quick jump
