What if you try to see her/visualize her simply as a healthy child? Eating well is just a part of being healthy, so maybe you and your daughter will find ways to her not being so picky on food. 
Like, for example, children like something fun and interesting (adults too :D ). So, maybe you want to invest on some cute bento, or creating some vegatables salad to be as cute as possible (make them look like Sponge Bob, or Hello Kitty salad, or anything cute and fun that your daughter would love, if that makes sense).
