It's basically same principles. Take working out to lose weight. Once you've lost a lot of weight, you don't stop working out. But you do change it up a little to a place of maintenance. Same thing. Not much changes once they're back, but you keep up what you're doing (maybe not as intense or as focused) to maintain the goodness because to get them back is the same as to keep them. Self-love, focusing on them giving you the attention and such you want, not focusing on the lack of it.
