I have this girl and she's going through something really difficult. She also struggles with depression at times. I'm fine with being able to be there and help her work through it, but shes very emotionally distant with me lately. I've just been bringing myself to peace with how I feel about it. I just want to know how to help her heal. I feel great about my life and would love to have her in it and would love to have her back to feeling the way when we started seeing each other.

My suggestion is to just give her space and consistently imagine her healed and happy with you, how you want her to be. Other people conform to what we believe to be true about them, so this is how you can help her.

Hmm. I thought it was just that easy lol. It worked though. I would think about it and sometimes feel anxious about the situation. I just took a deep breath, focused on my breathing and focused on what I wanted. I feel like my past failures in using the law of attraction was from wanting things too bad. Like Abraham once said, "practice the vibration of what you want by ignoring it"

Well turns out she's bi polar. Any help with that? Is there anything more than just living in the reality you want when she's being distant and cold?

To the best of my knowledge, when it comes to LOA - no. Your beliefs/feelings/perception are what is creating reality all the time. Things don’t change unless that does.

I see. My own beliefs and feelings must be causing trouble then... I know you helped me about a month ago when I said everything feels empty. I've been working very diligently at it. It's funny, the night she came into my life as more than a friend I was practicing being inside my inner peace. Then she started saying all the things I've wanted to hear for a very long time.

Anyway now she's the way she is. What things should I reflect on? What limiting beliefs do you think could be holding me back? I'm just trying to find the next step.

I’m no expert and can only go off of what I’ve learned. You’ve learned she’s bipolar, so could it be that you are expecting her to act this way because of that? I know mental illness is very real, but it is also our own creation, just like everything else is. So just because someone is labeled as “depressed” or “bipolar” doesn’t mean they are bound to the behaviors that typically go along with those illnesses, and that they can’t be changed through conscious creation. I’m just wondering if you have come to expect certain behaviors of her because of what she’s been diagnosed with and feel like things are somewhat unchangeable because of that.

No. I didn't know she was bipolar until she stared acting this way and her mom told me

Well, her behavior can still be changed even though she’s received that diagnosis. Regardless of why it manifested. Maybe imagine your ideal reality with the ideal version of her and feel if any sort of resistance arises in you surrounding that? Maybe part of you believes it isn’t possible? It could also just be that you haven’t persisted in living in the end of your desired reality long enough to see physical changes.

I’m sorry if this isn’t helpful. Maybe someone else has other ideas. I hope you figure it out!

I have to agree with everything fizzy says on this. It also reminds me of the Joel Osteen quote I was listening to from him. "Speak (can't remember the specific word) health/abundance/life into them." Basically because there was this one individual he came across who told him straight out that one day he WOULD become who he is (what he's doing now), he doubted it, but it became true because they spoke it with such conviction. THEY believed it. So the best thing you can do is to speak health into her.

People become what we believe of them. You don't have to be there with her to say things to her. In your mind just tell her you're so happy that she is so happy. Imagine her laughing and free of all pain, healthy and enjoying a relationship (I mean that in general term as a bond between two people) with you too. Imagine her being free of the issues which plague her. Say things to yourself like, you love how often you two communicate versus she's so distant and cold. Change that around and say inside of your head thank you for being able to come to me and being so open with me. Switch from negative to positive. Do it as often as you have to. Hope that helps.
