This forum is a great place to help one another, as everyone on this forum is here because they are seeking something.  And, be proud of yourself if you are trying to make your life better.  Even if you haven't succeeded yet, you are actively trying and that's what matters! Persistence pays off!

So, remember that thoughts are things and they are very powerful.  Feeling good is the key to success.
