Does anyone feel at times we try way too hard? I can relate to this, i felt at times i would try way too hard
In my opinion techniques like visualizing/RS/etc is best done randomly. For me personally, having a set time to visualize never worked for me and would just get me attached
The best way to visualize in my opinion, is when you just randomly do it, and don’t even notice it lol. Of course we all want our desires, but i think at times we try WAY too hard, which causes unhappiness, frustration, anger, attachment and so much other negative feelings/emotions
It’s really one of the reasons a lot of people suggest focusing on yourself and going with the flow
