hey guys, something just happened and it really brought me down. so the guy that i’ve been trying to attract back into my life unfriended me on snapchat a while ago so i did the same. and today, my friend sent me something that he posted because she’s following him. it was a screenshot of him and i guess the girl he’a talking to on facetime. this really hurt me and now i feel like i’m going to have a hard time not thinking about it. what do i do? idk who this girl is or what she looks like, i don’t care to either. i didn’t click on the picture she sent me, so i didn’t see the girl’s face. i cried right after i saw it and didn’t really know what to do with myself. honestly i’m just so hurt. please help me realign

The best thing you can do for yourself is to disregard all of this completely, as hard as it may be, and imagine things the way you want them to ideally be as if they are already true right now. You have to learn how to discipline your mind and control your thoughts if you want to get your desired results. It gets easier with practice.

To add to my previous reply, you don't even know who this other girl is. You are making all sorts of assumptions and letting them make you feel down. You are assuming the worst and it might not even be true, and even if the worst were true, it can be changed.

you’re right, i’m just scared i’m going to lose track. i have soo much love for this boy and it’s kind of hard not to think about what just happened. should i visualize right now? or should i just go to sleep?

I know exactly how you feel. I have a huge amount of love for somebody as well. It depends on what feels right to you. If you're feeling negative right now, it might be better if you don't visualise when you're feeling down unless you think it will make you feel better to do so. In my experience, if I'm feeling down or negative, I don't usually visualise, and I wait until I am in a more positive frame of mind.

ugh i’m gonna be so happy when we finally get to share our success stories!! i have english class with him next cemester and i never really know how to act because he literally pretends like i don’t exist. like he doesn’t even look my way lol

Take this time to focus on you and don't even think about them. My guy was with someone and after I started working on me and focus on me it was a 360. He reached out to me and he told me everything I wanted to hear but the best part was how I felt regardless. Self love is really key and when you have self love its easy to let go cause you don't need that person to make you happy.

I use to do it more then once a day but I got too attached when I started working on myself and feeling happy with me once a day was enough .
