Hi Everyone

Is there any good legit subliminals for self love to listen to during the day? Im starting out with self love first before trying to get my ex back.

I've been listening to different ones from Rockstar Affirmations youtube channel. It's not exactly subliminal, more vocal affirmations but they have a lot of different ones there for attracting love as well. Hope this helps

Thanks!! I will look that up today. Anything to help me get back to a better place is worth a try.

Submiminals are interesting to me like I want them to make a difference but I don't see that that they are? I think I have a hard time believing they work .

Maybe your like me i feel like my mind is going all the time and maybe for it to work you would need to be relaxed. Its just so many things out there. I just need to start from stratch...lol focus on one thing
