Hey guys I just wanted to share something. For the last month or two I have been practicing self love doing the mirror technique saying I love myself etc. well I finally understand the whole kit n kaboodle. My self talk has been amazing and it's more then "I love myself " on repeat. I ask myself what I want I reiterate to myself what I deserve it's like talking to my best friend and it's me. I feel so happy. I am going to a party he is going to be at and honestly I'm not giving it a second thought. I'm looking forward to my friends. I look good I've lose weight and I feel confident. It's just I notice a change in myself I seriously have and it feels amazing it's true peace. I just wanted to say me being the most resistant person on this forum finally gets it lol . Anytime anything is going on I remind myself it will work out remain happy and that no matter what is going on I have control to be happy. Just practice self love for those of you struggling. On 8/31 I was at my lowest and was tired of it. I went to practice self love and was noticing changes in myself every week. Soon the outside followed as you know and I'm not gonna get into that. The internal change was the most amazing thing. People even notice. Self love is amazing guys so I just wanted to share this because I really feel I can relate to those struggling hard right now.
