What's everyone's opinions about the techniques? Like visualizing. RS. "The whisper technique". "Rubbing out technique" and so much more?
For me, I don't mind them. But I only like doing them when I'm already happy, I feel like if you're in a bad mindframe doing these techniques will hurt more than it helps
Like the conversation colonel was having, if you're doing these things to try and manipulate and control your person, how do you think that will help?
A lot of people will do these techniques because they feel it has some magic results. But they're upset,sad,miserable. And when it doesn't work, they feel even more low
Lately, I only try to do techniques if it feels fun and enjoyable to me, if it feels like a chore, it isn't worth it
