I don't know if anyone has watched this video yet but I quite like her approach.
It's basically all the exercises Veronica has suggested but she really goes into it about the feelings.

Great video. She helped me more. I get what has to happen. And she made a good point. It does not matter what others believe or what they think, all that matters is what helps you lift up your vibration. Whatever helps you feel good. The key to all manifestation is being happy with yourself. Once you have that you can have whatever and whoever you want.

She is right about manifesting a certain person because you know those feelings and sometimes its harder to let go. So yeah it probably will take more time but it also depends on how much work and pacients you are willing to have with this person.
