I haven't been on here in some time - I took myself off of here due to constantly reading other posts and confusing myself, doubting myself, and comparing myself to others.
But today I've come back, and I've set a challenge for myself and am posting it here to see if others would like to join.
I'm calling it the '1 Week Challenge'. For one week, starting today, I vow to not let my emotions run wild, to stay in a positive vibe as much as I can. At the end of this week, I will post what I've encountered. I figured that if I can keep the momentum going for 1 week, it'll build and have the snowball effect.
I'm not sure if this is posted in the right forum, if not I apologize.
