I love this post! Thank you it is something that I definitely needed to hear. I was having such difficulty cultivating self love after my love and I called a break. However, it slowly started crossing my mind that I WANT to be a happy person and then the focus shifted from him to me.

I have experience that when I say that am tired and I don’t care anymore now or when I wanted really forgot so he wanted come back too.. and I think that a more people which dont know Loa have these experience too.. when they wanted forgot him /her and give up so their ex wanted them back.

I still love this post. I forgot where i posted this. But now i will reread it whenever i feel down. Or heck everyday. Its a great doubt killer.
