Oooh I have this video saved in a LOA folder on Youtube. I haven't listened to it in a really long time though so I think I'll give it a go again tonight. Thanks for sharing and reminding me about it!

Thank you for posting   I just tried it   been having a horrible time with anger and sadness  I feel so calm now

I am so glad it helped!
It sure helped me a lot too! 
I felt really peaceful and relaxed doing it, and I had a smile on my face the whole time  it was wonderful and full of love!
