according to Elizabeth Daniels words have huge power to change our lives, write or speak positive words and you are guiding yourself to better and better miracles, write or speak negative words and you are going to create more and more negative things

So I challenge myself and anyone willing to:

not complain or say any negative things for the next 30 days. Only positive things can you say! Anyone interested?

yay

i'm going to try to avoid words like not and no where possible, remember that the universe doesnt hear them anyway so if you say "i don't want someone to slam the door on me" the loa says you will be heard as "i want someone to slam the door on me"

so far so good -
i've decided to be loose on everything except not complaining.
i'm strict with myself to not complain and enforcing everything too but not with such precision
