It's ok! The challenge is meant to be used as a guide, and doesn't have to be followed in the exact order and timing. Do the exercises as they feel natural to you, and this is how it will work best.

I feel much much better mentally and emotionally. I still lose it at times and things seem hopeless. Howver, I am able to flip this around quickly. I let myself cry and let the emotion be there though, not fighting it. I turn around to affirmations that help me get better.
I am more at peace these days when compared to the times when we had split up It's also getting easier for me to ignore the 3P and the circumstances most of the time. So, that's a moajor improvement there

Hi everyone, I also bought the books recently when I got into a fight with my SP a few weeks ago. Do you think I should embark on the journey though we're already talking to each other daily like we used to? I also do Veronica's meditation every night.
