You need to find other stuff to occupy your time instead of thinking about this guy.

I asked my friend:

True or false: stalking his profile means it's slowing the process down

She said true.

True or false: stalking him was doing nothing but made me feel bad/ imagined the worst.

She said true.

So i stopped. Because if I truly want him in my life, I would want it to happen as soon as possible. When he's back I can look at him all day.

I still do go into his instagram once in a long while but just to look at his picture and smile.

Tell yourself if you want him back then this is doing nothing but slowing it down. I gave myself a challenge to not look for 24 hours. And when i made it i increase the time length.

You can do it too .

Just imagine that he can see everything you're doing.

Would you be attracted to someone that was stalking your on-line activity or would you run for the hills?

What a good way of putting it.

I understand how you feel, I was in a similas situation some time ago.

First you need to understand that this is not good for you, you're obsessed and that's bad.

Why are you stalking your SP? how do you feel? is this good for you? once you understand that the best thing to do is stop stalking go to the next step.

Put little goals like, I'm not going to check the social media for an hour, two hours, a day... and also it's good if you get bussy, get a job, get a hobby, do exercise, something to distract yourself.

Imagine speaking on something that you "shouldn't" know about and then having to explain to him how you know.

You know you have self love when you make choices that honour you and avoid doing things that don't.

I think the end result you want is to be in love and be happy. You have to start thinking and acting from the end result. If you were in love and happy, there would be no need to stalk! It hurts you because it is out of alignment with your desire. You can have the power to gain control over this situation, you can create exactly what you want. Simply act from your end result and let peace saturate your mind. If you need help I offer coaching under Julie’s Coaching at Veronicaisles.com
